You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Defective/Damaged Products: If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), the return shipping is FREE.
Customer Remorse: If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/color, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
